ERT RECOGNISED ESTIV APPLIED TOXICOLOGY COURSE - REGISTRATION IS UNDERWAY

The European Society of Toxicology In Vitro (ESTIV), in conjunction with SETOX, is pleased to announce that registration is now open for the upcoming ESTIV Applied Toxicology Course in Slovakia.

Location: Centre of Experimental Medicine (CEM SAS), Slovak Academy of Sciences, Bratislava, Slovakia

Duration: 6 days, combining lectures, practical demonstrations, and group exercises

Focus & Curriculum:
• In vitro testing methods & new approach methodologies (NAMs)
• Regulatory frameworks & guidelines for chemical safety assessment,
• Advanced themes: microfluidics, 3D models, good cell culture practices, in vitro–in vivo extrapolation, “omics” methods -
Target Audience: Early-career scientists, postdoctoral researchers, professionals in academia, industry or regulatory agencies with background in toxicology, biology, chemistry or related fields

Capacity & Registration:
Enrollment is capped (e.g. 24 participants) on a first-come, first-served basis (with priority for ESTIV / affiliated society members) -
Accreditation: The course is recognised by EUROTOX and eligible for European Registered Toxicologist (ERT) accreditation (Topic B19)

EUROTOX 2025 CONGRESS - ATHENS, GREECE

​The EUROTOX 2025 Congress will take place on 14-17 September 2025, in Athens, Greece.
