Our mission is to foster the science and education of toxicology. Our activities aim to promote the safety of humans, animals and environment.
Publishing
One of the goals of our society is also spreading information about toxicological research by issuing books and proceedings from the conferences. Over the past years the society disseminated and published several presentations from the conferences in international peer-reviewed journals
Education & Training
SETOX and its members are actively involved in educational activities and training courses related to the toxicology.
The society organised the EUROTOX Basic and Advanced training courses in toxicology (2007 and 2012) and in 2017 hosted the 53rd EUROTOX Congress in Bratislava.
Specialised Meetings
SETOX is regularly involved in organisation and co-organisation of conferences, professional meetings and symposia covering topics related to the toxicology, pharmacology and medicine. .
