Poster abstract submission opens on February 1st, 2020 

Before you start the process, please have your abstract ready in the standard template. You can download the standard template by clicking on the image below.

2. Allowed file extensions are .doc, or .docx.

3. Maximum file size is 4MB.

To submit your abstract, enter the required information into the Poster Abstract submission form below.

Only the abstracts of registered participants will be accepted for publication in the Abstract book.

One registered participant can present one poster only.

 

Abstract submission deadline is May 16th, 2021.

The presenter must deliver the pdf of the poster by May 19, 2021. (Please see instructions for the poster preparation and delivery below the registration form) 

Only abstracts with the posters delivered to the symposium organizers until May 16 will be included in the Abstract book.

POSTER INSTRUCTIONS

 

Submit your poster as:

 

  • one-page full-size pdf with graphs and/or pictures  

  • orientation: portrait 

  • size A3  (w: 29,7 cm  x h:42,0 cm) 

  • font and style are not limited – just think of the readability of the poster through the PC screen

Send your pdf file to the e-mail: helena.kandarova@outlook.sk until May 19, 2021 

The presenter must deliver the pdf of the poster by May 19, 2021.
