Cancellation
All cancellations or changes must be sent to SETOX (e-mail: info@setox.eu and Helena.kandarova@savba.sk).

Cancellations received before or on 1st May 2021 will be fully refunded minus a 10,00 Euro administration fee;

Cancellations received after 1st May 2021, but before 22nd May 2021 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee + 10 Euro administration fee.

No refunds will be provided after May 22, 2021
Refund
The appropriate refunds will be made after the symposium. Exchange rate differences and bank charges will be deducted.
Payment Methods
After the registration, the organizing committee will issue an invoice that will be sent to the e-mail address of the registrant.
All payments must be made in € Euros via bank transfer.
SETOX is a VAT registered Subject.
Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid in addition to the registration fees.
